Weighing the benefits of getting a PAGIBIG housing loan vs the hassle of going back and forth to their office, sending lots of email to people who can't understand and are too rigid and narrow minded. Time and salary lost because of not working in order to visit pagibig office and accomplish unreasonable documents. I would say It is not worth it. More than 1 year of painful document processing. The worst service a government can offer. It is actually a disservice to the Filipino people.
